“Years ago as a technician, every now and then we would get a call from a client needing a NRCIA Roofing Report documenting the pliability of their shingles, usually a couple of years after the Roof Maxx treatment due to their home insurance renewal requirements. Upon inspection, I was amazed at the color and pliability of the shingles. Prior to Roof Maxx, these older shingles would have been torn off, dumped into a land fill and replaced by a roofing contractor. Due to our Roof Maxx treatment, years later they are still pliable and performing just like a new shingle.
